At Evobike, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; that is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused sports equipment and apparel in its original packaging. Our goal is to get you back on the track or trail with the perfect fit as quickly as possible.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Evobike account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items, including all original tags and manuals, into the shipping box and include your printed RMA form inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
