Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Custom builds and pro-tier mountain bikes may require an additional 2 days for professional assembly and safety inspection before dispatch.
Do Evobike bicycles come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, our bikes arrive 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a multi-tool and a step-by-step video guide to make the process simple.
What is your return policy for cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging. Please note that bikes must have fewer than 10 miles of use to qualify for a full refund.
Does my bike come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all Evobike frames are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against structural defects. Components such as drivetrains, brakes, and suspension are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
